Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and supervise all joinery production activitiesManage the joinery workshop, ensuring optimal use of resources and materialsMonitor production schedules and ensure adherence to project timelinesMaintain quality standards and ensure compliance with specifications and safety regulationsEvaluate and select suppliers and subcontractors for joinery materials and servicesOversee the installation process on-site, ensuring proper executionControl costs, waste, and manage the production budgetPrepare and maintain production reports and documentationImplement continuous improvement initiatives in production processesQualifications: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Wood Technology, or equivalent relevant fieldExperience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in joinery manufacturing and site installation, preferably in the UAEProven leadership experience in managing a joinery production teamSkills & Attributes: Strong technical knowledge of joinery and carpentry techniquesExcellent planning and coordination skillsGood understanding of health and safety standards
