Position Summary:The Production Manager will supervise all factory production, overseeing the wood, metal (stainless, brass and aluminium) and the painting section. This role is a technical role and previous hands on experience in all or some of the departments is essential.Joinery and fit-out manufacturing background is ideal.Role Description:Key Responsibilities/KRAs/KPIs: Monitoring quality of production.Monitoring production workflow.Staff performance.Production report.Availability of materials.Evaluation of labour.Safety of workforce and environment and machines.Ensuring all machines are functioning (knowledge of specific machines a large bonus).Other Responsibilities: Implement and solve technical issues.Team Organization:Reporting to: Factory ManagerTeam Structure: Should be able to manage a team of 150 -still expanding.Working Hours:6 Days per week as per shift schedule and production requirements.Travel Requirement:Nil
