• Allocating with consistency driving Workforce Optimization between GeoUnits/Projects in line with HR Principles
• Ensuring workforce demand and supply plans for the Business Line and Project(s) in scope are accurate,consistent, and optimized.
• Balancing Workforce Demand vs. Supply, ensuring competency requirements will be met for the short term and tactical horizon.
• Supporting the Division business performance by optimizing business delivery headcount costs.
• Ensuring sufficient resources are available to meet the forecast plan by ensuring ramp up ramp down plans are updated and executed.
• Supporting the recruiting, staffing for the Sub-Business line
• Project staffing execution (Project ramp-up and ramp-down) vs Project planned histogram

Activities: 

• Participate in Gate Processes from A to C on manpower requirements for proposals and project requirements.
• Convert short-term and tactical activity to demand and consolidate within the Business Line / GeoUnit(s) for Project specific ramp-up/down staffing in line with project schedule and budget
• Direct communication with Staffing Agencies for project specific staffing requirements in line with project schedule and budget
• Review workforce availability and work with Talent Management Team and FDE for sharing (borrow/loan) as required to cover imbalances
• Develop and implement contingencies for to ensure netted plans are available for tactical and short term time horizons.
• Initiate Workforce-specific risk assessment for high-risk short-term jobs.
• Work with the organization to implement development plans and drive synergy cross BL.
• Propose and monitor a staffing model focused on workforce efficiency, communicating trends and proposing initiatives/actions required to maintain effective utilization of resources within the Business Line.
• Develop and monitor resource management to meet long-term technical and business requirements.
• Collaborate with GeoUnit HR Business Partners, Tech Center HR organization to ensure proper development and staffing of the technical capabilities.
• Coordinating Project staffing ramp-up from recruiting to onboarding with HR, VIC, IT, OPF Project Management team and Function Management to plan, enable fast track on-boarding (start project), and transfer (end project).
• Report Project staffing progress.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years Industry relevant experience.
• Project Management experience
• Project Planning experience
• Fluency in English
