• Integrating project requirements in different phases of each Tender/Project (Asset Integrity integration atFacility level through Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning)
• Supporting the Project Execution Team to define inspection strategies, procedures, standards and plans.
• Ensuring compliance to Product Line Integrity Standards/Procedures
• Leading a systematic optimization of the design ensuring necessary functions are cover at the lowest cost andexecution time (value engineering)

Activities:

• Sale/Tender phase:
  • Support the Tender costing defining the most suitable O&M inspection plan and/or provide competitive alternatives
  • Assess Integrity integration at Facility Level
• Execution phase :
  • Perform Peer Reviews of Engineering Documents
  • Input into shutdowns and programs to ensure audit / inspection requirements are clearly identified and scheduled
  • Support Integrity engineering team to solve critical problems and identify and propose alternatives to improve functionality and quality
  • Lead an organized effort directed to analyzing designs, technologies, equipment, material selections, etc. for the purpose of achieving essential functions at the lowest life cycle cost.
  • Review and provide feedback on the Integrity design at a Facility integrated level
  • Advice if any technical problems and unresolved differences with client, in the discipline or with other disciplines
  • Be aware of project schedules and advice in case a recovery plan is needed
• O&M Phase:
  • Subject Matter Expert InTouch support: to write / review / comment / approve Integrity related documents in InTouch Knowledge Sharing System
  • Develop Integrity related Procedures / Guidelines
  • Review, approve (as applicable) MOC-O&M requests and Execution related to the Integrity
  • Co-ordinating action results from associated failure investigations/significant anomalies
  • Risk Based Inspection Condition Assessment of all assets
  • Fitness for Service of assets ? HSE integrity

Qualifications:

• 15+ years experience in asset integrity management field, minimum last 5 years as asset integrity specialist in Oil and Gas industry
• BSc. in Mechanical, Corrosion or Metallurgy Engineering or equivalent
• Carrying out root cause analysis and failure investigation
• Coordinate all baseline inspections
• Strong technical Integrity knowledge applied on Oil & Gas Integrity Facilities
• Expertise across all phases of Project (X-Integrity , X-Function thru EPCC phases, and O&M)
• Good Client communication
• Good networking throughout the appropriate level organization
• Experience and knowledge of integrity management software systems such as Credo, RBMI, ACET, etc. is preferred
• Knowledge of NDT techniques and in service application of NDT
• Knowledge of defect assessment techniques in accordance with relevant codes / standards and API 579
