Production EngineerJob Location: UAEKey Responsibilities:?Optimize production processes by applying Lean Six Sigma principles to reduce waste and enhance efficiency and quality.?Utilize Six Sigma tools and methodologies to identify process inefficiencies, develop improvement strategies, and achieve measurable performance gains.?Collect and analyze production data using statistical methods to identify trends, monitor performance, and drive data-driven decision-making.?Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and quality issues; implement corrective and preventive actions to address underlying problems.?Create detailed process maps and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency in production.?Lead or participate in LSS projects to improve processes and implement new technologies; manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables.?Ensure production processes adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements; use Six Sigma techniques to monitor and improve quality metrics.?Train and mentor team members on Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools; foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.?Work with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality, to align process improvements and drive successful project outcomes.?Evaluate and integrate new technologies and best practices to enhance production capabilities; stay informed about industry trends and innovations.Requirements:?Bachelors degree in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering.?Lean Six Sigma certification - Black Belt.?Knowledge of industrial automation and robotics.?Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.?Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, techniques, and equipment.?Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.?Strong communication and interpersonal skills.?Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
