Production Engineer ? Automotive PaintsJob Location : UAEResponsibilities :?Manage manufacturing documentation required for product manufacturing i.e. Bill of Material, accurate work instructions, and workmanship standards and process procedures.?Provide manufacturing data such as production control charts, reliability, and process capabilities, to enhance the process and track and measure progress toward the desired outcome.?Reduce variability in manufacturing by providing standard work methods and work instructions.?Ensure product and process quality meets required specifications.?Organize, implement, and maintain production process flow and achieve production targets and meet production deadlines.?Liaise with the production planner/scheduler for ensuring the released products have adequate Bill of Materials and routings.?Prepare monthly machine break-down report that affects production time and leads to financial loss.?Plan preventive maintenance accordingly to the variability of the machine to avoid breakdowns during production?Perform other assigned duties that can be vital in production planning and/or as required by the manager.Requirements:?Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of experience as a Process or Production Engineer in automotive paint manufacturing company or similar field equivalent combination of training and experience.?Significant work experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.?Engages interest and participation of others and has a collaborative approach to working together.?Independently determines appropriate logical approaches and assigned tasks to solve problems.
