Production AssistantJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Raw Material Preparation: Assist in the preparation of raw materials, ingredients, and packaging materials for fragrance production.•Blending and Mixing: Help in the blending and mixing processes, following strict formulas and safety protocols.•Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, finished products, and packaging supplies.•Sourcing and Procurement: Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of ingredients and materials.•Quality Control: Conduct inspections of products during and after production to ensure they meet the companys quality standards.•Issue Reporting: Report any production or quality issues to supervisors or quality control teams.•Packaging and Labeling: Help in the packaging of fragrance products, ensuring accuracy and consistency in labeling.•Safety Protocols: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies regarding the handling of chemicals, solvents, and other materials.•Order Preparation: Assist in the preparation of orders for shipment, ensuring products are packed securely and labeled correctly.Requirements:•Production Experience: Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (experience in fragrance or cosmetics industry is a plus).•Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions and formulas.•Time Management: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.•Machinery Operation: Basic knowledge of machinery operation (training will be provided).•Teamwork and Communication: A team player with excellent communication skills.•Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move materials as required.
