  • Work closely with the senior product manager, and ensure a seamless product experience for our customers using Cafu vehicle services.
  • Be the evangelist for our product operations and take ownership of the product roadmap.
  • Help define product roadmaps based on the product strategy and vision. Challenge the business on ideas that will not bring value to CAFU and the consumer, ensure product focus is based on the big wins that will make a difference.
  • Defining user needs and opportunities for your product and feature improvements.
  • Develop detailed business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product and application.
  • Drive product launches including working with business expansion, marketing, executive and other product management team members.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues that may hinder a teams ability to meet strategic, financial and technical goals.
  • Support all product roadmap work for consumer vehicle services working in an agile environment.
  • Work closely with data, understand what it means and how we can optimise our products to better enable our services to customers.
