Job Responsibilities:? Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives for Surgical Sutures, Tissue Sealants, Absorbable Hemostats, Hernia Repair (Mesh), Intrauterine Devices, Energy Devices, Mechanical Closure Devices (Staplers), Airway Management, Sinus Balloons, Coglation.? Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, healthcare professionals, and procurement heads.? Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify and promote medical devices and achieve set target, increase market share through direct sales along with effective collaboration with key surgeons.? Provide solutions for customers and add value to the sales process through negotiations, resulting in winning business/orders and positive customer experience.? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product launches and promotional activities.Qualifications & Experience:? Bachelor?s in Medicine/Pharmacy/Physiotherapy and Master?s in business management /marketing, or a related management field (Preferred).? Good domain understanding of Endo-Surgical & ENT medical devices with proven track record of biz delivery and market dynamics.? Geographic and tenders management understanding for UAE and having worked / exposed in major regions of the country.? Proven experience in developing new business within the medical devices or healthcare industry with expertise in Endo-Surgery sales.? Exceptional sales and customer management skills.? Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
