Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and support functions to define and execute the product solutions backlogs and roadmaps across the Brandnds, an integral part in delivering the Brandnds vision. Interpret customer requirements in a rapidly evolving market to steer modern, transparent and comprehensive product solutions aligned to business strategy and customer needs. Job Outline Plan - Live and breathe innovation and latest technology trends and identify opportunities to be the first to market with new ideas. - Assess market competition by comparing internal product solutions to competitors products, - Make recommendations to drive differential customer experience and product development based on best use of technology and data insights, as well as return on investment. - Deploy - Collaborate and partner with stakeholders to define the business needs and to prioritise ideas and product requirements into product initiatives on the appropriate product backlogs. Lead - Ensure that the product roadmaps are aligned with the Brandnd vision and supports the delivery of the Brandnd strategy, - Identify and prioritise product features and create meaningful user stories and acceptance criteria, - Manage stakeholder expectations and the communication of the product plan, priorities, roadmap and progress. Execute - Steer and challenge the technical delivery teams, working together to own and iterate the full product lifecycle across design, analysis, build and delivery ensuring product provides business value at speed, - Partner with stakeholders to ensure requirements are delivered as per the business requirements and to the scope and cost agreed, - Contribute to and follows the practices of the wider global product teams.
