Tamara has over 3 million customers and more than 4,000 partner merchants including leading global and regional brands like IKEA, SHEIN, Adidas, Namshi and Jarir plus local SMEs.About the roleWe are looking for Product Owners/Managers who enjoy the challenge of driving new product initiatives from inception through execution. We?re looking for Product Managers coming from various backgrounds. You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to ship highly innovative, best-in-class features and products to our merchants and end customers. These roles could be based in Berlin or Dubai.What you will do

  • Lead and execute the product roadmaps
  • Build thoughtful proposals of which features should be included and prioritized and oversee the implementation of them
  • Interview and interact with customers and merchants to build empathy, ensuring that their needs are met through this product
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders championing your product every step of the way
  • Define, prioritize and groom the product backlog, create actionable user stories and epics that are clearly visible for our development team
  • Perform A/B tests with our data teams to validate and iterate product increments demonstrating value to our customer and business
  • Be data-driven whilst solving large problems and impacting our daily users
  • Lead, teach and show path to the product owners within the same tribe
  • Drive towards quarterly, yearly goals of the team
What we are looking for
  • You have 2-7 years of experience working on product squads at Fintech?s, tech startups and/or ecommerce?s.
  • You?re customer obsessed and have successful experience working in fast-paced consumer focused (B2C or B2B2C) environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to informally lead and drive discovery and execution with cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact and influence with diverse groups of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in implementing products using Agile methodologies.
  • Open to learning and improving as part of a big product team.
