We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking, that best suit our customers needs.We are currently seeking an ambitious UAE National to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.In this role, you will:

  • Play a significant role in growing HSBCs FX & Global Money business.
  • Develop data and customer centric growth strategies, in line with HSBCs broader transactional banking suite.
  • Deliver commercial growth with a focus on active FX & Global Money users, increased revenues, and higher market share.
  • Work closely with other product, proposition & marketing teams on commercialization strategies - to ensure maximum awareness of HSBCs FX & Global Money capabilities.
  • Drive and manage strategic propositional development and implementation to increase market competitiveness and enhance brand value.
  • Solicit market intelligence and keep close dialogue with key stakeholders and customers to understand their needs, preferences, and new product trends.
  • Implement change through positive and proactive engagement with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure a robust risk & control environment for FX & Global Money
RequirementsTo be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
  • Bachelors degree is must to obtain visa in UAE.
  • Prior working experience in FX & Global Money, including E2E lifecycle management & commercialization.
  • Proven track record of commercial growth & innovation
  • Can-do attitude with role model behaviours
