With 40% of all insurance denials resulting from administrative errors, ROBIN is the solution to prevent revenue leakage by reducing errors and automating processes in the following areas thousands of business rules related to the validation of medical, insurance and billing protocols through the THYNK rules management system and rules content.As a Product Manager of ROBIN, you will be responsible for managing the software market growth, enhancing the product, its efficacy and overseeing the development of the user driven required features, interfaces with client applications, administration, reporting and dashboards and the creation, testing and deployment of business requirements as well as end user support and management of service level agreements.The role requires a unique blend of business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. A Product Manager should define the product scope and features based on deep understanding of the target audience needs, and find innovative solutions for existing and new market segments. The Product Manager will stay on top of current trends and develop long term plans for the success of the product line.The Product Manager will also serve as the internal and external subject matter expert for product offerings, working with the sales team and clients.
