Product Manager

Job Description

The key purpose of the Product Manager is to drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap as well as build and mentor a strong team. This role demands a leader with unique blend of product excellence, strategic thinking, distinctive communication, and collaboration including the ability to see the big picture. You will get to use your experience, knowledge and skills on product management frameworks and techniques to create playbooks which form repeatable content for founders and portfolios to use.

• Experienced in using multiple techniques and frameworks at different stages of the startup growth journey to launch products to market.
• Experience talking with customers, validating pain points, and translating these into value propositions.
• Define the vision for your product and build a clear roadmap.
• Write clear and succin ct user stories and product requirement documents.
• Work collaboratively with your business and IT stakeholders.
• Collect data (both qualitative and quantitative) to inform product direction.
• Evaluate the products and features you launch methodically and critically.
• Understand the competitive and partner landscape.
• Challenge assumptions and think outside the box to find ways to improve your products.
• Strong sense of user experience and user interface design, and ability to work effectively with designers.
• Managing risks and resolving challenges that impact release scope, quality, and schedules.
• Planning release windows and cycles across Platforms and Products.
• Managing relationships working on interrelated processes.
• Communicating crucial release plans and changes.
• Measuring and monitoring progress to achieve a timely software release within defined budgetary limits and defined quality standards.
• Coordinating processes between different teams (possibly in various locations).
• Communicating necessary release details to business teams.
• Conducting release readiness and milestone reviews.
• Maintaining release schedules for every core service and ensuring it aligns with major vendors and other stakeholders.
• Ensuring that requirements are clear across dependent project streams with an effective release.

Initiating and overseeing the development of technical guides and training for external functionality

• 6-8 years of experience as product managerat abank, fintech or strong experience inissuer processing technology.
• GCC experience is mandatory.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional work teams up to task completion.
• Knowledge of Blockchain technologies is a must
• Knowledge of Cryptocurrencies and trading platforms is a must
• Understanding of financial markets, trading products and CFDs

Ability to handle software infrastructure management &, configuration management
