We are partnered with an industry-leading retail group looking for a Product Leader.Aim:- To understand the levers that work to drive new customers and repeat usage to support lifecycle marketing initiatives.- To be primarily responsible for driving the growth of the squad by handling cataloging, demand forecasting, and range planning.- To maintain and enhance the quality experience of the customer by identifying the gaps, forming hypotheses, and setting up solutions.Role:- Lead the Squad, focusing on managing the online commercial experience in collaboration with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, researchers, data scientists, and market executives.- Collaborate with the product design team to ideate innovative solutions that address both user and business problems and create powerful customer experiences.- Collaborate with brand teams to understand core business opportunities and challenges to help influence the prioritisation of the Product Backlog.- Collaborate with technology teams to optimise the Squad?s Sprint Backlog, removing any impediments to progress along the sprint.- Use MVPs and experiments to learn quickly and make data-driven decisions.- Communicate progress and key updates to stakeholders during monthly and quarterly reviews.- To enhance product features based on market research from existing solutions, clients? and users? feedback.- Devise the long-term and short-term strategy for a seamless online commercial experience.- Understand and forecast customer demands for devising solutions that make the best use of the latest technology for business success.- Translate a deep understanding of the customers? needs into solutions and products that add to business value.- Drive the go-to-market strategy and commercialization of the solutions.If this sounds like you, please send us an application today!
