Job Title: Product LeaderJob Type: PermanentJob Location: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesSalary: Open for discussionRole Purpose:Product manager will manage global integrations and implementations for clients, manage large and complex projects. Involves extensive interaction with cross functional teams focused on the delivery of new or and existing products. Work closely with clients in understanding the requirements and identifying the right product or product mix to meet the requirement. Lead the commercial Input bias to the product development process. Ensuring completion of the product integration and implementation on time and maintain program management processes to ensure that product deliverables are developed and implemented according to approved business requirements. Experience in Non-air product Hotel car and insurance (Air is a Plus) activity on API level and on UI Experience on SaaS-based B2B products, along with some experience on consumer facing products, on both mobile and desktop. Proficient in Product Development (writing user stories, product specs), and desktop PDLC, and Product Management (driving usage, optimization, etc.) on both Web and Apps and desktop Experience in running rigorous A/B tests across desktop, mobile web, and apps and desktop Strong data analysis capabilities and experience with Web and App analytics tools, heat map tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mix panel, etc. Working knowledge of basic statistics and SQL Business acumen to appreciate how all aspects of business come together and understanding levers for business growth and profitability Comfort with ambiguity and with working on an MVP mode with fast iterations, online product Design, conceptualized and designed online travel products, Program Management, E-Commerce.Key Required Skill Sets:A graduate with IT background with 6 -9 years? experience in product management, expertise in GDS & Airline Integration. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Previous experience in a product development or management role. Proven product development ability. Technical background with experience in software development or web technologies Should have open travel schema or standard Non ?
