Job Description

Procurement SpecialistJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Identify and evaluate suppliers to ensure cost-effective and quality procurement of goods and services.•Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to achieve favorable outcomes for the organization.•Prepare and issue purchase orders and manage procurement documentation.•Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and maintain strong vendor relationships.•Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and pricing.•Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery of materials.•Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.•Develop and maintain accurate records, reports, and inventory levels.Skills :•Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.•Proficient in procurement software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.•Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.•Solid understanding of market trends, supply chain processes, and cost analysis.•Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.•3+ years of proven experience in procurement or supply chain management.•Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is an advantage.
