Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to meet business needs.Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability.Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure cost-effective deals.Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any supply chain issues.Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and reports.Collaborate with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs and requirements.Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate market trends.Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and relevant legal and regulatory standards.Review supplier performance and address any issues or concerns to improve service quality.Work on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes and efficiency.Manage inventory levels and forecast material needs to optimize stock availability.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar roleStrong negotiation and supplier management skillsKnowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and supply chain managementExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., Odoo)Strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively with teamsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related fieldImmediate availability preferred
