Procurement OfficerJob Location : UAE:?Ability to set up a strong procurement system in place and aid in the implementation of new procurement software and actively participating in improvement of procurement processes and governance?Procure, expedite and schedule deliveries of materials and sourcing equipment, goods and services?Strong knowledge of material needed in construction and network of suppliers available in UAE?Continuously search for better deals?Ability to assess all material, equipment and services required while project tendering and Projects On Hand.?Managing procurement and material needs on ongoing projects?Manage price negotiation and finalization for contracts agreement?Develope and manage supplier relationships?Analyze the technical data sheets and specifications on all material requisition.?Must have a clear understanding of, and ability to work with, construction contract commercial documents, drawings and specificationsMinimum Qualifications/education?Diploma / Bachelor?s degree?Experience in Construction Industry
