About the job Procurement ManagerOur client is a leading government insurance company in Dubai. They are looking for a competent Procurement Manager to lead their Dubai procurement Team.Preferably someone who can join immediatelyResponsibility:»¿

  • Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
  • Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms
  • Preparing procurement reports
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors
  • Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services»¿
Qualifications: »¿
  • Bachelors degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration
  • Proven experience managing supply chain operations and leading a procurement team
  • Experience using supply chain management software and tools
  • In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms»¿
  • Experience in preforming RFPs exercise and reviewing contracts  
  • Good communication skills
  • Computer Application Skills: MS Office (Excel, Outlook & Word)
  • Excellent management and leadership skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills»¿
