Elmar Marinas LLC is looking for a skilled Procurement & Logistics Coordinator to manage and streamline supply chain operations at their Fujairah site. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and equipment, while coordinating logistics to support marine and construction projects efficiently.Key Responsibilities:• Manage the full procurement lifecycle for project materials, equipment, and services.• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiate competitive pricing, and favorable contract terms.• Oversee all logistics operations, including transportation, customs clearance, and shipping documentation.• Track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and proactively resolve any logistical delays.• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to align with project requirements.• Collaborate with project management to forecast material needs and plan procurement accordingly.• Prepare detailed procurement and logistics reports for compliance, auditing, and management review.• Ensure adherence to company procurement policies, health, and safety standards.Qualifications & Requirements:• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in procurement and logistics coordination.• Prior experience in the construction or marine industries is highly preferred.• Strong vendor management, negotiation, and supply chain coordination skills.• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Qualification: Estimated Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree holder or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or related fieldSalary: AED 5000 to 10000Location: Fujairah, United Arab Emirates
