We are looking for a Procurement Executive to oversee the purchasing of sports equipment, uniforms, and services for clubs, academies, and events. The role includes supplier management, cost control, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality goods.Key Responsibilities:Source and negotiate with vendors for sports gear, apparel, and servicesProcess purchase orders, track deliveries, and manage inventoriesEnsure compliance with procurement policies and budgetsEvaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationshipsCoordinate with internal departments (coaching, operations, events) to forecast needsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field3+ years of procurement experience (sports industry preferred)Strong negotiation and contract management skillsFamiliarity with UAE import regulations and logisticsProficiency in MS Excel and procurement systems
