Steel Wood Industries FZCO, a leading wood-manufacturing firm based in Jebel Ali, is looking for a hands-on Procurement Executive to manage the full procurement lifecycle and ensure timely supply of materials that meet quality and cost targets. The role requires a strong procurement background within a factory environment and the ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers and internal teams.Responsibilities:• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with production needs• Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms• Raise accurate purchase orders with clear terms, pricing, and delivery schedules• Manage supplier relationships and ensure on-time deliveries of materials and services• Coordinate with Finance for invoice reconciliation, payments, and credit notes• Identify procurement risks and implement mitigation measures• Maintain clear and up-to-date procurement records and documentation• Work closely with production, logistics, and other teams to support smooth operationsRequirements:• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline• At least 3 years’ UAE experience in a manufacturing or factory environment• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor-management skills• Excellent organizational skills and attention to documentation detail• Immediate joiners preferred
