Responsibilities:Identify and evaluate suppliers for civil construction materials and services.Prepare procurement plans and procurement schedules.Issue RFQs (Request for Quotations), analyze bids, and negotiate prices.Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment to meet project timelines.Review and verify supplier invoices and purchase orders.Monitor supplier performance and maintain supplier relationships.Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and project specifications.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.Proven experience in procurement within civil construction projects.Good knowledge of civil construction materials and suppliers.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
