Procurement EngineerJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Source and select suppliers and subcontractors, specializing in fit-out materials and services, to meet project requirements•Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and negotiate favorable terms•Develop and manage procurement schedules to align with project timelines, ensuring materials and services are delivered on time•Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and agreements in compliance with company policies and project budgets•Oversee cost control processes, monitoring prices, quality, and availability to ensure the most cost-effective sourcing•Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and design teams to align procurement with project specifications and requirements•Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records, supplier performance data, and delivery schedules•Ensure compliance with local regulations and quality standards in procurement practicesRequirements:•Bachelors degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or Procurement Management•Minimum 4 years of experience in procurement within the fit-out or construction industry•Strong understanding of procurement processes specific to fit-out projects, with a network of reliable suppliers and contractors in the UAE•Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)•Strong negotiation and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple suppliers•Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with project teams
