Procurement EngineerWe have an interesting job opportunity with one of our global oil and gas clients, who are looking for an experienced Procurement Engineer (to be based in the UAE), who shall be responsible for hands-on; managing bid cycles for equipment, material procurement and services. You will coordinate technical reviews of submitted proposals, lead and perform the suppliers pre-qualification process, handle Purchase Orders & Contracts negotiation, and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers.This is not a managerial role.
