? Monitor all procurement activities to ensure they are in accordance with the project and company?s procedures.? Implement, control and update the procurement plan as per project requirement.? Adopt appropriate supplier management methodologies and procurement strategies in purchasing to secure best prices and contract terms.? Coordinate with Supplier and contractors for Material Submittals.? Follow-up for deliverables from suppliers in order to meet project timelines.? Coordination with Suppliers, Vendors and project team.? Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.? Assist in preparing relevant documents for bidding purposes.? Prepare Local Purchase Order , LOI , Agreements etc? Co-ordinate supplier payments with accounts department?
