Procurement AssistantJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery performance.•Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.•Maintain and update supplier databases and procurement records.•Collaborate with internal departments to identify procurement needs and specifications.•Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities.•Review and negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers.•Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.•Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and payments promptly.Skills :•Strong knowledge of procurement processes and practices.•Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).•Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.•Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards is an advantage.•2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or a similar role is a plus.•Analytical mindset with attention to detail.•Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
