Job Description

Our ClientOur client is a leading multinational IT Services & Consulting business. Business is booming in the MEA region and we have multiple new requirements for Senior Presales Solution Architect - ServiceNow to work on green-field transformation projects.Your Responsibilities

  • Support sales team with new prospects: initial meetings, demos, solution positioning
  • Support the formal sales process, RFI & RFP responses, with responsibility for the overall ServiceNow solution.
  • Work with the wider company group on opportunities where ServiceNow is required.
  • Provide expert advice to clients and internal teams on the ServiceNow application and how this can be used to address business problems
  • Build active client demonstrations that enable customers to view the product and visualize how it will meet their objectives.
  • Work with delivery teams to provide proof of concept environments for specific client engagements
  • Help to define the overall product roadmap for the ServiceNow practice
Your Qualifications
  • In depth understanding of the ServiceNow marketplace.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple opportunities.
  • To be able to provide a credible demonstration of ServiceNow
  • Hold a current ServiceNow CSA certificate
  • Aware of the ServiceNow SIM methodology
