Job Description

Job descriptionThe PSE is responsible for identifying and matching technology opportunities with a customer?s business issues and objectives, as well as channel partner training & enablement. Having wide-ranging field sales engineering experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.Primary Duties / Responsibilities

  • Provides presales technical support of the sales process across the Products and Solutions.
  • Cooperates with the sales teams in assessing potential application of the products to meet customer?s business needs.
  • Conducts product demonstrations and technical presentations remotely, at customer locations or other suitable facilities on the products value proposition
  • Builds complex, multi-product proof of concept solutions for customer evaluations as part of a sales engagement process.
  • Leverages product knowledge to provide technical expertise to internal sales teams, partners and end users
  • Develops customer requirements that map solutions, assists with overcoming technical and competitive objections, and accelerates technical evaluation component of sales cycle to close deals.
  • Leverages the consultative sales process to prospective users to determine product capability assessment and validation as it applies to the technical sales process.
  • Works on issues that impact design/selling success or address future concepts, products or technologies.
  • Creates formal networks with key decision makers in assigned accounts.
  • Serves as an external spokesperson and evangelist for the brand?s vision and associated technologies.
  • Advise and deliver appropriate partner training & enablement sessions for Partners
  • Maintain skills and certifications relevant to the brand and the professional development
  • Stay current with the brand?s new & competitive technologies
Skills and Knowledge required:
  • University degree in Computer Science or related Engineering subject
  • Microsoft cloud Advanced Certification is a must.
  • Minimum 3 years proven experience as Pre-Sales Engineer.
  • Good communication skills in English (oral & written)
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills and in workshop driven sessions
  • Proven self-starter with the ability to multi task and to set priorities under pressure
  • Client-focused attitude and a team player
