The Pre-Sales Engineer acts as a technical advisor and support expert during the sales process, working closely with the sales team to understand client requirements, demonstrate product capabilities, and develop tailored solutions. The role requires a strong technical background combined with excellent communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between technical teams and clients.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and technical specifications.Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof of concepts for prospective clients.Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and solution architectures.Address technical queries and provide expert guidance during the sales cycle.Assist in identifying customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.Support the marketing team with technical content and case studies.Provide feedback from clients to the product development team for continuous improvement.Participate in technical negotiations and contract discussions.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and product offerings.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.Proven experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or supporting sales in a relevant industry.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to understand complex technical concepts and convey them clearly.Problem-solving mindset with customer-centric approach.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
