3+ years of experience in related business setting having exercised project management, operations, reporting, and stakeholder management skills

We will do this in partnership with client service teams (CSTs) and other cells across the firm to enable the shift from insight to impact partners with our clients.As practice coordinator focused on management and operations of the practice in the Asia region, you?ll work with the practice management team, especially our practice manager in Asia, leaders of the practice in Asia as well as members of the global practice, led by the global practice manager.WHAT YOULL DOYou will report to the Asia practice manager and will be responsible for coordinating operations of the POP platform in the Asia region.The position is a truly agile opportunity and you will cover different operational areas you will have impact in. This includes but is not limited to the leadership support. You will support the preparation of leadership meetings with hub and client-related analyses, orchestration and coordination of logistics. You will contribute to key financial tasks like budget management, monthly performance dashboard preparation. You will provide ad hoc support to the leadership, as the need arises.You will also cover client operations. You will foster our client development by driving the client pipeline process across our hubs in Asia and by providing support to core POP client events in the region. You will also support our initiative to embed POP in hub and sector priority clients, by providing standalone, whitespace analysis. You will also cover internal radiation. You will support organization of critical POP internal events in the region (e.g., Practice meetings) and our radiation efforts within the region (e.g., Asia Partner Learning, Asia Week, etc.).You will also cover the global network operation area. You will build a strong global network with your peers in different regions and across functions within the practice. You will support global priorities and provide input for Asia e.g., updating global calendar with Asia events, updating leadership pages, etc.
