Oman International Hospital is seeking a dedicated and experienced Post Cardiac Surgery CCU Nurse to provide specialized care to patients recovering from cardiac surgery in the Critical Care Unit (CCU). The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality nursing care, closely monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal recovery.Key Responsibilities:Provide direct nursing care to post-cardiac surgery patients in the CCU, including monitoring vital signs, hemodynamic status, and cardiac rhythmsAdminister medications, blood products, and intravenous therapies as prescribedAssist in the management of ventilators and other life-support equipmentObserve and report any changes in patient condition to physicians and senior nursing staff promptlyMaintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation in compliance with hospital policiesEducate patients and families about postoperative care, medication, and lifestyle modificationsEnsure adherence to infection control, safety protocols, and hospital regulationsParticipate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to care planning and evaluationQualifications & Experience:Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalentValid nursing license to practice in OmanMinimum 3–5 years nursing experience, with at least 2 years in critical care or cardiac care settingsExperience caring for post-cardiac surgery patients is essentialAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification requiredStrong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
