Plant ManagerDo you enjoy leading and motivating a successful manufacturing plant?Are you passionate about Plant Management?Join our Valve Team!As a global team, we design and deliver surface pressure control equipment, as well as support field maintenance, commissioning and de-commissioning. Innovating in the energy industry, surface pressure control capabilities are industry-leading.Partner with the bestAs a Plant Manager, youre to perform daily operations of plant to ensure reliability and consistency of production line. Youre to contribute to the development of a business plan for the business unit as a whole. Youre to develops a strategic plan for the plant unit based upon the agreed strategic plan as a whole.As a Plant Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards.
  • Conducting frequent interactions on strategic level due to complex planning activities and/or complex long-term sales processes with high degrees of customization.
  • Handling very complex manufacturing processes.
  • Applying Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Have +10 years experience in Plant leadership position
  • Have good oral and written communication skills.
  • Have good interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Have demonstrated ability to analyse and resolve problems
  • Have demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
  • Have ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  • Have established project management skills.
