Responsibilities:Lead project planning and scheduling activities across multiple villa/building projectsDevelop, monitor, and update project schedules using planning software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to track progressIdentify delays, risks, and provide recovery plans where requiredPrepare progress reports, dashboards, and forecasts for management and clientsEnsure alignment of project timelines with contractual milestones and deliverablesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldProven experience as a Planning Engineer/Manager in construction contractingStrong expertise in planning tools and methodologiesMandatory experience in high-volume villa/building projectsExcellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills
