You will be responsible for developing project schedules, coordinating resources, tracking progress, and supporting project execution to ensure timely delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage project schedules using Primavera software (P6)Plan project phases, allocate resources, and monitor progressCoordinate with engineering, procurement, and site execution teamsTrack project performance, identify delays, and propose recovery plansPrepare reports, dashboards, and timeline updates for managementEnsure planning processes follow company guidelines and project requirementsSupport risk assessments and mitigation plans to ensure project successRequirements:Proven experience as a Planning Engineer in aluminum and glass industry (mandatory)Advanced expertise in Primavera (P6)Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and resource allocationExcellent communication and reporting skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
