? Preparing the RFQ- Request for Quotation and maintain log file? Preparation of Job Order through the JDE System and maintaining log file? Preparation of project weekly and monthly reports.? Updating actual Progress and all related information & comparison analysis.? Analyzing the planned and actual progress reports and highlight the areas of concern that would require necessary action of the concerned department head / supervisor?
