Planning engineer (Infrastructure)Job location : UAEDuties & Responsibilities :?Preparing baseline program for infrastructure projects?Preparing daily, weekly and monthly progress reports?Monitoring all manpower, equipment?s and actual work done on site.?Prepare cost, manpower & equipment?s s curves?Preparation of project cash flow and calculation of detailed man-days and machinery days?Updating progress of work by updating all actual works done on site and all submittals (shop drawings, method statements and materials)?Preparing extension of time claims on any delay caused by client, consultant or authorities?Using windows analysis and time impact analysis to identify the delay events and to represent the actual impact for each event?Preparing progress programs of work including all the planned and actual quantities to monitor the production on site and the production of all sub-contractors.?Prepare mitigation programs to overcome the delays of the progress for the project?Follow up with the site in daily basis and make targets to the site team to finish the work on time and as per the planRequirements:?UAE experience (Min 4 years)?Candidate must be available in UAE for face to face interview?Immediate joiners preferred
