Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.Minimum of 7 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, ideally in civil projects within the Gulf region.Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar planning software.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and coordination abilities.Knowledge of construction methodologies and project controls.Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed project schedules based on project scope and resources.Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly.Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure schedule adherence.Identify potential delays and develop recovery plans.Prepare progress reports and analyze project performance metrics.Assist in resource allocation and planning.Support project managers in risk assessment and mitigation planning.
