Planning Engineer - CivilJob Location : United Arab EmiratesQualifications & Experience:•Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.•Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in project planning, with at least 4 years in EPC Oil & Gas projects•Strong understanding of civil construction methods, sequences, and industry best practices.•Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project•Familiarity with project controls software (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools)•Knowledge of standard planning methodologies (WBS, Critical Path Method, Earned Value Management)•Exposure to construction contract terms (FIDIC preferred)
