Job Position – Planning EngineerCompany Name – James Cubitt MENAExperience: 15+ yearsLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAE– Minimum 7+ years of experience in building construction projects.– Must have prior experience working with Engineering Consultancy in the UAE– Must be currently available in the UAEKey Responsibilities:-Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules (Primavera P6 / MS Project).-Review and validate project baselines to ensure alignment with contract requirements and realistic timelines-Monitor progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.-Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure accurate timelines.-Conduct critical path analysis and risk assessments.-Optimize resource allocation and manpower usage.-Prepare reports and presentations for clients on milestones, progress, and challenges.Qualifications:-Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or related field.-Strong knowledge of construction methodologies & project life cycles.-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
