Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly.Identify potential delays and develop recovery plans.Coordinate with site teams to gather progress data.Analyze schedule variances and recommend corrective actions.Facilitate schedule review meetings with stakeholders.Assist in resource planning and allocation.Ensure compliance with project standards and client requirements.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.8+ years of experience in planning for fit-out/interior projects.Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent software.Strong analytical and communication skills.Experience working on-site in interior fit-out projects.
