We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Planning Engineer to join our project management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules and ensuring all activities are aligned with project timelines and deliverables. You will work closely with project managers, site teams, and clients to ensure efficient project execution.Key Responsibilities:Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar toolsPrepare project planning and progress control proceduresMonitor project progress against baseline schedules and update accordinglyIdentify delays and propose corrective actions to keep projects on trackAnalyze project performance and generate weekly/monthly reportsCoordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to gather inputAssist in resource planning and allocation for effective project executionEvaluate project risks and contribute to mitigation planningAttend project meetings and provide planning inputs to stakeholdersEnsure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelinesRequirements:Bachelors degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related fieldEngineer in relevant industry (e.g., construction, oil & gas)Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS ExcelStrong understanding of project management principles (e.g., CPM, EVM)Knowledge of budgeting and resource planningExcellent analytical and organizational skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience with project management software and reporting tools
