Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.Monitor project progress and update schedules to reflect actual site activities.Analyze project delays and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to gather progress data.Prepare progress reports, forecasts, and critical path analyses.Ensure compliance with project timelines, scope, and budget.Assist in resource planning and allocation.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies related to project scheduling.Support claims and variation management through schedule analysis.Key Qualifications & Skills:4-6 years of experience in project planning/scheduling within civil, industrial, or infrastructure projects.Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent planning tools.Strong understanding of project management principles and construction processes.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.UAE experience is preferred; candidates currently residing in the UAE will be given priority.Immediate availability is a plus.
