Planning EngineerJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities :?Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6?Update schedules for scope, resources, and changes; conduct critical path analysis.?Collaborate with teams to align schedules and lead planning meetings.?Identify and mitigate scheduling risks; develop contingency plans.?Manage project resources and coordinate with procurement for timely delivery.?Ensure compliance with company policies and conduct schedule audits.?Prepare progress reports, including *Earned Value Management (EVM)Qualification :?Bachelor?s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.?5+ years of experience in project planning, with 2+ years in a senior role.?Proficiency in Primavera P6 and strong knowledge of project management principles.?Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking skills.Preferred Skills :?PMP certification.?UAE/GCC experience.?Strong problem-solving abilities
