Hiring Planning Engineer (Interior Fit Out)Arco Interiors is looking for an ambitious and dynamic Planning Engineers (๐บ๐ถ๐ฑ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ถ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐น๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐น) with a strong background in architecture and interior fit-outs (preferred, not mandatory).Key Roles:Develop fully resource loaded Baseline programsDevelop and maintain streamlined and comprehensive planning, forecasting.Work closely with senior management to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of operationsMaintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper project operational parameters.Preparation of Upstream and Downstream Contractual Letters / communications with stake holdersPreparation of Detailed claims analysis and Extension of TimeAbility to handle Client and Consultant requirementsAbility to generate deliverables under short noticeAbility to prepare Tender ProgramsPerform other related duties as required and assignedRequirements:Bachelorโs degree in Civil / Architecture / Mechanical EngineeringExperience Required:5 to 10 years of experience in UAE (mid-level Planning Engineer)Minimum 10 yearsโ experience in UAE (Senior Planning Engineer)Proficient in Planning Software (Primavera, Advanced Excel etc.)Outstanding communication and people management skills.Demonstrated ability to generate reports and Management Information System (MIS).Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.Proficiency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐น ๐ก๐ผ๐๐ฒ:Candidates shall be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
