Planning EngineerJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Develop and maintain project schedules and plans for civil, building, and infrastructure projects.•Analyze term variation claims and delay analysis.•Prepare pre-tender jobs and post-tender documentation.•Create baseline documents.•Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify project requirements and constraints.•Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues.•Present progress reports to project stakeholders.•Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials and equipment.•Utilize project management software to track and monitor project progress.•Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.Requirements:•Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.•Minimum 10 years of experience in project planning for civil, building, and infrastructure projects.•Strong knowledge of project management principles and techniques.•Proficient in project management software such as Primavera or MS Project.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.•Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.•Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
