Planning EngineerJob Location : UAERequirements:?Education: 4-year bachelor?s degree in Civil Engineering/Architectural. Professional qualifications like PMP/PSP will be beneficial.?Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of related work experience in scheduling/planning functions, including portfolio planning and asset management.?Proficient PC skills including proficiency in various Project Controls software and Microsoft Office suite.?Expertise with P6 is essential. Experience in background is a value addition.?Effective interpersonal skills including excellent communication and negotiation.?Being able to manage one or more teams on multiple projects.?License: Hold a valid UAE driving license.Job Responsibilities :?Prepare program for tender submissions.?Prepare a baseline program of works along with complete cost and resource allocations. ?Prepare and update resource curves, cash flows, and progress S curves.?Prepare and update the program of work based on planned and actual progress. ?EOT Claims: Prepare and perform a complete delay analysis based on the delay events using ?Window Analysis Method? (This is mandatory).?Prepare and update KPIs periodically.?Able to attend and present the facts and figures in weekly and monthly progress meetings. ?May supervise and provide performance reviews for one or more lower-level Project Control engineers and/or support personnel.?Prepare Cash Flow S- Curve for Projects in hand.?Prepare a Master Program combining all ongoing projects.
