Description:Broad Experience : Maximum 10 + years of experience in overall construction Work ( Civil Works). Min. 2 years experience in Onshore ( Island) for a construction contractor / Company. Having experience in ADNOC projects preferably in Abu Dhabi island .Education & Qualification : Masters / Bachelor DegreeProfessional & Technical Qualifications : Professional training / Certification from reputed institution in relevant field Skills & Competency- Having responsibility for drawing up work schedules & budget, Delegating tasks, Analyzing project specifications & finding cost effective ways to meet them.- Having excellent experience in preparing programs with primavera.- Should have good experience in preparing claims using time impact analysis- In cooperation with the senior management team, develops programs and annual budgets for the projects. -Good in technical competence, organizing, planning, decision, coordination & communication.- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.- Good problem solving & negotiation skills .
