Key Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain project schedules using Primavera or MS Project.Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly.Analyze project costs and implement cost control measures.Prepare progress reports and dashboards for management.Identify and resolve schedule delays and cost overruns.Coordinate with project teams to track resource utilization.Assist in change management and scope control.Support tendering and project planning activities.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.5+ years UAE experience in planning and cost control.Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent tools.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
